Trans-Identified Male With Criminal Record Sues Yoga Studio For $5 Million After Being Escorted Out Of Women’s Locker Room

A man who identifies as transgender and has a disturbing criminal record is suing a New York yoga studio for $5 million in compensation after he alleges employees were asked to use the men’s restroom instead of the women’s. On May 15, Dylan Miles, who uses the name Ali Miles, filed a discrimination lawsuit against Chelsea Traditional Hot Yoga.

Miles claims that the staff at Chelsea Yoga “deprived [him] of his civil rights because he is gay, undergoing a gender transition, and because Miles does not conform to… gender-based preferences, expectations, or stereotypes about how a man/woman should dress and conduct himself/herself.” Miles uses a combination of masculine and feminine pronouns to refer to himself.

According to reports, the incident happened on May 4 at around 4:00 p.m. when Miles showed up at the studio to take part in a yoga class that was supposed to start in an hour. The lawsuit claims that Miles then revealed his “gender status” to the studio’s manager and owner, claiming that he “most closely aligned with female gender identity” and requesting access to the on-site women’s restroom and locker room. Miles was told by management that he would not be allowed to use the women’s restrooms. But Miles went ahead and went into the women’s locker room after the yoga class, then the bathroom. The lawsuit claims that at this point, “female patrons demanded that Miles leave and cease using the facilities after complaining and yelling at Miles about his presence and use of the single-sex locker room and bathroom labelled Women.”

Then, he claims that he was taken to the male-only restrooms and “forced to use a locker room and bathroom that was not most closely aligned with Miles’ gender” while “feeling shame, humiliation, and frustration.” Miles feels that he should receive monetary recompense “in an amount to be determined at trial… not expected to be less than $5,000,000.” according to their egregious, wrongful, extreme, and deliberate behavior,” the court document states. The Daily Beast, a liberal publication, was the first to publish information about the lawsuit in the public eye. In a brief piece titled “discrimination,” the article referred to Miles as “she/her” and declined to include a picture of him.

AlexxTV / Free-Media-Network can disclose that Miles has a history of stalking and harassment charges filed against him in Yavapai County, Arizona, prior to his relocation to New York State, despite his claim of victimhood. Dylan Miles, who goes by Ali and identifies as a Muslim woman, was previously identified as Dylan Peter Busa Miles in court documents. His hand-drawn sketches that he posted to Facebook provide confirmation of this name and background.

One post, dated May 5, shows a frantic pencil sketch of an anonymous figure with the caption, “I sketched this while in custody in Yavapai County Jail,” just one day after Miles claims the incident happened at the yoga studio. I intend to translate it onto a canvas shortly. Miles was found guilty on October 26, 2022, of two class five felonies related to aggravated harassment per domestic violence, with dates of occurrences spanning from November 2021 to February 2022. In addition, he was found guilty of class one misdemeanors for disorderly conduct, harassment, threatening or intimidating, and false reporting to a law enforcement agency.

He was sentenced to 312 days in Yavapai County Jail, with credit added for the 132 days he had already spent there, and placed on supervised probation for three years. Additionally, Miles underwent a domestic violence assessment. The court dismissed three counts of threatening and intimidating with injury or property damage, as well as three counts of stalking with fear of death against family members or pets. Miles has previously filed lawsuits alleging “discrimination” in addition to the one against the yoga studio. Four additional lawsuits that Miles filed last year alleging discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation have been located by AlexxTV and Reduxx (at different times). These lawsuits were filed quickly after one another over the course of two months.

Miles filed a civil lawsuit in February 2022 seeking $75,000 in damages from Sedona Soul Adventures, an Arizona-based company he had previously worked for. Miles claimed that he had experienced “gender identity-based harassment and discrimination” from the tourism company, which had wrongfully fired him not long after he was hired. Following an out-of-court settlement between Miles and Sedona Soul Adventures, the lawsuit was dropped.

Miles filed two distinct civil lawsuits on March 7, 2022, one against Planet Fitness and the other against Bagel Point. The lawsuits were both based on the same allegation—“gender identity-based harassment and discrimination.” Miles referred to himself as “Mr. Miles” in both instances and neglected to use consistent pronouns.

Miles claimed in his shoddy civil lawsuit that employees at a Planet Fitness had called him names and threatened to sound the “lunk alarm” if he entered the women’s facilities. Most Planet Fitness gyms have a sizable feature called a “lunk alarm” that is meant to give a lighthearted “warning” to anyone who is being too loud or bothersome while in the gym. Additionally, Miles claims that “Diamond,” a staff member at Planet Fitness, attempted to “coerce” him into having “straight sexual relations.”

Miles filed a lawsuit against Planet Fitness, demanding $10,000,000 in compensation. However, the lawsuit was eventually dismissed because Miles neglected to submit the required paperwork and pay the $402 filing fee that the court required.

Miles filed a lawsuit against Brooklyn’s Bagel Point café, claiming he was verbally abused and fired unfairly because of his gender identity. Miles sought $75,000 in damages.

In the brief time that Miles had worked at Bagel Point, he claimed that the business’s Muslim owner had made “unsubstantiated” complaints about his work and had used derogatory language when referring to him. Once again, the court dismissed the poorly written and profusely misspelled action because Miles neglected to submit the required paperwork and pay the $402 filing fees. Miles sued New York Presbyterian Hospital in 2022, his last action of the year, claiming he was discriminated against because of his gender identity.

AlexxTV / Free-Media-Network and Reduxx went through the strange court documents from the lawsuit, in which Miles represented himself. Miles said that during his pain management treatment at the hospital, he was frequently verbally abused by specialists and was not given the care he needed because of his gender identity. Miles claims in one of his claims that the hospital’s pain management physician referred to him as a “[sic] fagot” each time he gave him a trigger point injection.

In a different instance, Miles claimed that an additional anesthesiologist referred to him as a “tranny faggot” while giving him an epidural. In addition, Miles claimed that hospital staff members had disapproved of his identity as a transgender Muslim woman and that the facility had a “scheme” to force him to endure excruciating pain.

Miles did not file an appeal after his lawsuit against New York Presbyterian Hospital was dismissed.

Miles’ extensive history of bringing unjustified discrimination claims brings to mind a comparable story of a transgender male Canadian who gained notoriety worldwide by trying to compel local estheticians to wax his male genitalia.

Jessica Yaniv, a.k.a. Jessica Simpson, is a transgender man from British Columbia who, between 2018 and 2021, filed human rights and civil lawsuits against numerous individuals and companies alleging discrimination based on his gender identity. Yaniv’s lawsuits for damages included a number of neighborhood salons run by mostly immigrant Sikh or Muslim women. Subsequently, rumors circulated that Yaniv had deliberately targeted those salons, hoping to attract women who might have objected religiously to him touching their male genitalia or leaving them alone in a room.

The British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal subsequently designated Yaniv as a “frequent litigant,” noting that he had a history of submitting numerous
